C\u00f4t\u00e9 maison, la vente se poursuit avec l’acheteur initial : il a fini par trouver les sous…. Il y aura juste un peu de retard !
\nC\u00f4t\u00e9 travaux puich\u00e9riquois, un gros ralentissement…. Depuis une semaine, soir\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0guinguette\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Puich\u00e9ric, o\u00f9 nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0captur\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb au d\u00eener par quelques habitants sympathiques…. Visite de la femme de l’ancien propri\u00e9taire avec sa famille…. Quelques travaux quand m\u00eame avec le remplacement de l’\u00e9vier (extr\u00eamement sale) de la cuisine…Visite de Sophie et Jean avec Violaine et Franck…. Visite du Papa de Dominica…. A l’occasion, un d\u00e9tour par un petit endroit paradisiaque… L’immersion d’un h\u00e9risson dans le jardin…. Quelques travaux (faits par l’homme de l’art) \u00e0 l’arri\u00e8re du ch\u00e2teau…. petite r\u00e9union avec l’architecte…..la visite de Karine, une amie, suivie de celle de Bernard et Agn\u00e8s… Avec des balades dans la nature et la d\u00e9couvertes des animaux et de la flore environnante…Mais aussi la descente des volets de la cour… La d\u00e9couverte des chants g\u00e9orgiens (inscrits au patrimoine mondial immat\u00e9riel de l’Unesco) dans le village d’\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9… Et la baignade dans la Cesse au bout du monde, sans oublier une petite visite \u00e0 Minerve et \u00e0 sa rivi\u00e8re souterraine….
